The Jefferson SPCA Fix-A-Feline Program
is extended until September 30th, 2013.

Fix-A-Feline is only for residents of Jefferson Parish with cats or cats in colonies in Jefferson Parish.

The Fix-A-Feline Program offers FREE Spay/Neuter for Feral Cats and a $10 Co-Payment for Owned Cats.
